Delete branch "docs/glossary"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
GLOSSARY.mdnames the domain: entry points, targets, upstreams, host patterns, fallback and refusal; tunnel, MITM, intercepted requests, accept, proxy CA, leaf certificate and upstream verification; proxy headers, header rules, access and server records. Each term picks one word and lists the competing ones under Avoid.AGENTS.mdpoints agents at the README, which indexes the docs, and at the glossary. The README lists the glossary under Reference. The code still uses three of the avoided words: "MITM certificates" in four flag-help and doc comments in
cmd/multiproxy/main.go, "issued certificates" in theissuerdocs and the command-line reference, and "sub-requests" inMITMHandler.Handler's doc. They are left for a follow-up.
