Replaces the glossary's avoided terms in comments, flag help and docs:

  • "MITM certificate" and "issued certificate" become leaf certificate, in the flag help, the issuer docs and the command-line reference
  • "self-signed root" becomes proxy CA in the issuer docs
  • "sub-requests" becomes intercepted requests in MITMHandler.Handler's doc
  • "front end" becomes entry point in a test comment
  • the explanation calls the handling MITM rather than interception, and the interception how-to says leaf certificates

-h output changes wording only. The released 0.4.0 changelog entries keep their wording, because the changelog check freezes released entries. Identifiers are untouched.
