"Take over" reads as hostile; "adopt" was already the API's word, in adoptionPolicy and in adopted keys. spec.takeover and the reason TakeoverDropsClaims are renamed to spec.adoption and AdoptionDropsClaims while no release carries them.

Story 14 moves from 14-nsc-takeover to 14-nsc-adoption. The old URL is not redirected: the site's checks require every leaf page to carry a Markdown rendition linked from llms.txt, and a redirect page has neither.
